MOUNT CLEMENS, Michigan, December 16, 2021 – In light of the success achieved to date in JB Cutting’s cabinet door and wood component manufacturing business and to further accelerate its growth plan, JBC is pleased to announce a strategic reorganization of its executive team.
Debbie Behring (Chief Executive Officer) – As a second-generation business owner Debbie has spent a lifetime preparing herself for her role as CEO of JBC. Her hard work and dedication have taken JBC to new levels, and as her brother BJ states:
“There is no one I trust more to head up our company than Debbie”.
Jason Greenwood (President) – Jason has spent the past 3 years with JBC as its VP of Operations and has 25 years of experience in aerospace and industrial manufacturing. His passion for continuous improvement as well as his servant leadership mentality are key in his new role as President.
BJ Filthaut (Executive Vice-President) – Like his sister Debbie, BJ grew up immersed in JBC and has sawdust in his veins. In his role as Executive VP he will utilize his 30 + years of 3DL and Millwork experience to help propel JBC forward and stay on the cutting edge of technology.
Christina Relyea (Director of Sales & Marketing) – Christina recently celebrated her 20th anniversary with JBC. Her unimaginably deep industry knowledge and strong customer relationships make her the perfect person to head up JBC’s sales, marketing, and customer service departments.
Ed Goethals (Director of Finance) – Ed joined JBC in January 2020 bringing 25+ years of financial leadership and experience to JBC. Ed is a numbers guy, having led several large manufacturing organization’s financial departments, and is excited for his new role with JBC.
