The newest members of the JBC family of Craftsman 5PC doors have arrived! We’ve been searching for the perfect material and the right solid colors to add to our Craftsman 5 PC door offering. Soft to the touch, these perfect matte solids look like paint but perform like laminate.
Most 5PC doors use treated paper to wrap the stiles and rails which is then paired with a melamine center panel. It’s difficult to get a great match as the materials go through different processes. With our perfect matte material, the stiles, rails and center panels are covered in the same durable 2-dimensional laminate that outperforms paper.
Perusing trending Instagram feeds led us to bring on this trio of colors.
White Velvet | TFL Match: Arauco Prism W100 Velvet
White Velvet is a soft white, which adds warmth to gray woodgrains (still popular), but is versatile enough to ground warmer woodgrains which are beginning to trend early in 2023.
Mysterious | TFL Match: Arauco Prism SF247 Velvet
Mysterious is a classic! This deeply saturated blue pairs effortlessly with light woodgrains and brings subtle sophistication, especially when paired with matte gold hardware.
Celadon | TFL Match: Arauco Prism SF247 Velvet
Celadon is an earthy, solid sage green color with soothing grey undertones. If you attended KBIS (Kitchen and Bath Industry Show) at the beginning of 2023, greens were everywhere. In the last 6 weeks, Celadon has been gaining traction in our Benchmark Collection of 3DL components.
Each of these new colors is available in the Classic Shaker Profile. The construction is the same as the rest of the doors in our Craftsman Series, mortise and tenon. Full line of exact match accessories in 3DL including Crown Molding, Base Molding, Robust & Floating Shelves are available.
